How information is organized, labeled, and structured is key when developing resource centers, knowledge bases, and wikis. Understanding how your content fits together and how items relate to each other allows you to bring everything together and form the big picture that allows users to quickly and easily find information that empowers them to complete their tasks.

Throughout my career as a technical writer, I have developed various information systems. Most recently at Skipify, I led an initiative to create their internal company wiki. This project consolidated information that was scattered across various platforms into one central repository that was organized, labeled, searchable, and easy to access for every team within the organization. The final deliverable allowed for greater cross team collaboration and visibility company wide.
